Posters like CPG have been calling the demise of CHM for a long time now and CHM are still here and still progressing both cases.

The best reading and laugh I have had was there used to be this real how dare they interfere with this great Australian company stand on the MMX thread against CHM and now they all want to sell out to the chinese and cant beleive Aust govt would get in the way. How the tune changes.
