They probably do need a shakeup, and that will come as shares or business go to stronger hands. I agree with
@TinyBoat, don't put in more than you can afford to lose in a spec stock. Its about being in front at the end of the day if you are a spec trader with a number of spec stocks, not all in the one basket. The security is in the diversity and taking a punt on risk and reward if there is blood in the streets. The macro scene is positive, its the micro operation that needs restructuring, but its value at these prices which ever way it goes.
