The way it works to remove a director is to call a general meeting, this requires at the least 5% of voting power.
Then the resolution to vote on to remove the director(s) needs 51% of shareholder votes.
TinyBoat it would be easy as piss to get 5% of voting power to call the general meeting but to get 51% of shareholder votes to win the resolution would be much harder and I would think impossible for a number of reasons some involve cost and also who would replace the board member(s).
I'm not against it and maybe if the company are in tune with BAR on hotcopper they will take note of the rumbling.
