Once u elect a new RE the coy will not be rushing to harvest or release cash and that 20 million will be shrinking allowing the receiver to stop distributions. So say goodbye to those eight hectares of distribution still owing.
I hope u get some value from a new RE but everyone ultimately is in it for their own needs. There is no savior for growers here. The idea of a grower group that could watch growers interests was a good idea but u know my views on timing.
Reality is harsh . U will get a cheque eventually in a few years and it will make u wish u had just got the price paid for this 2002 payout .
Any grower with fees outstanding, expect a summons if u don't pay up as well.
Sorry but my exposure make me deeply cynical of anyone's motives and of what now happens.

Quick question : have you paid or deferred your management fees this year ?
I got a notice in the post today re deferral of my fees... need to decide which option is best. 3% of zero is zero I guess..
