Hmm seems that the focus is on a recap and continuation after reading that Q & A. To my mind that is the best possible outcome for the various stakeholders and also leads to the best possible return on investment as it leverages off the long lead time for any competitor and the benefit continued growing time will bring.
All IMO and DYOR of course.
