I have already detailed on this Board why I believe the move by FW , Teague and others to set up a separate RE was strategically wrong and not in our interests . I detailed reasons why and alternatives.
It was difficult to have this view confirmed today by the following comment by the receiver
'McGrathNicol has expressed a preference that Quintis maintain financial and management control of the schemes to better maximise a sale or recapitalisation'
This move with people like FW has jeopardized the interests of everyone especially shareholders.
