That doesnt make sense as if u jeopardise the possibility of a recap and take the coy private your rights diminish further and if you enter into receivership NOTHING matters. In a receivership u will not get an extra cent . Those RE companies first looked at as alternatives did not tell u that did they for their clients who went under.

U cant say the 2002 low price in the context of feuds and debarcles reflects an ulterior motive when investment in the coy as a listed coy vitally depends on the price paid! No-one complained last year about prices or the generous ex gratia payment that can be amortised to make up some of this years loss.
