What are the bidders (who put bids to the Receivers) offering to buy? I can’t work out whether FW and the other put holders do or don’t own land or trees or both. FW says he owns some trees but denies he owes money on the loan he took to buy them.
Who owns what in this enterprise or is even that in dispute?
