But if investors have already paid out their debt, they now own their trees on leased land then their only liability is for land rent and management fees on an ongoing basis to who ever the Responsible Entity is.. In relation to FW, did he have a ARWON debt when it went under? if so then that is due and payable....not sure what the outcome is with that.

I presume that what happens in this case is the same as when a bank or lender goes bankrupt. The loans are then passed over to another institution to takeover, they will payout ARWON the funds owing, and resume collecting the loan repayments.
