    Sip needs $200m to get the banks off their back and then they will be making $75m plus profit pa even after the gov reduction in pbs rebates...I can not see why it is so difficult to raise the money...Lets do a 1 for 3 rights issue at 30c per share. The stock will then have 2Billion shares and should be woth 50c per share on a pe of 13
