There may be a good reason to get rid of both of those people, however, I would think there would be limited reason of getting rid of both at the same time and with no replacement.

I watch Orbis and Lazard with interest, but they don't get it right everytime. If they did, you would see returns from their funds smashing the daylights over the ASX benchmark.
