Richards becomes non executive director of wah nam?
I was just thinking the other day, six months ago we all thought wah nam would continue the takeover for a full twelve months. Drag it out as long as possible to frustrate everyone. Why not. But they didn't. If they had kept it going it would have been due to end around now or next month. Can't remember exactly. Anyway, now brockmans is a subsidiary of wah nam. I don't think there will be another formal takeover. Why would they waste money on that and it does it even make sense for a company to make a formal takeover of its own subsidiary?
