    The only way to make them pay a premium is 1. Hope the boom lasts; 2. Remaining shareholders become very patient and outwait WN.

    30 day average price $2.39
    60 day average price $2.81
    90 day average price $2.96

    Put your premium on that, $3.50-$4.00 or 40 WNI if you're really unlucky.
