I reckon before he month is out PRR will cut thru the SPP resistance of 28c like a hot knife thru butter.
Been a long wait but finally the big break thru 25c has occurred.
Now waiting for the turbo rockets to kick in.
Over the top with the hype? Don't think so as this has been building for quite some time and most of the nervous nellies have abandoned PRR.
Time for the stalwarts to reap some rewards .... Will I sell out once PRR cuts thru 28c?
