It would not surprise if "that tipsheet" (asci I think it was ) revisits PRR with a new buy up to rec. in the light of the momentum change that is taking place. PRR would not be the first stock to have been recommended, exited, and recommended again by this newsletter.
And PRR is a pretty compelling buy right now.
With or without asci, PRR is on the rise
