Is the gig up? DC bails just before the sky falls and indeed it does. The question is can ONL extract itself from the mess in order to attract an RTO candidate because who would want the residual liability that does not go away with an RTO. Liability stays with the entity. RG can pick up tent tomorrow and take all of her clients with her, assuming any are left, so that business is crap. If she bolts ONL should spend their money on legal action against such a move. RGM did it before. Read disclosure, they screwed their previous partner by picking up tent and re-labeling.
