even though I can see the gas is worth alot I tend to leave it out of a valuation because the market doesnt take to gas finds as quickly as oil finds, it is however unpaid for upside in the stock. the questions are would it be exploited, when and who would it be sold to? we dont really know all those answers but we can be pretty certain they will be pumping that oil as quick as they bl##dy can.
