2) Assuming that: cash will last to the end of April; a general meeting of shareholders will require 4 weeks notice; the outcome of such a meeting will take 1 week to enact; management will leave at least 1 week for slippage:

An announcement on a deal or notice of general meeting of shareholders must be made in no more than 4-5 weeks time.

3) The status of the RAC HCV submission/non-submission will be known for sure by mid-March.
