With all the arguments about who knew what, who submitted what, who is to blame, could they have done better, should they be sacked ....... It is my opinion we need to put that behind us and move on. What's done is done but the big question is, what is next?

There are only two scenarios that can play out from here. I.e. we get an approval from EMA or we don't. In the case of the latter, where does TIS stand and what options are left either reverse or appeal the decision by EMA? One way or the other, TIS needs the CE mark so if initially rejected, what are the likely processes and time frames? Anyone have a clear idea on this? Many thanks.
