The original 'Wiluna Project' is fully permitted and ready to go. However the company, through the transaction with Mega Uranium added additional adjacent properties to the overall project. It is these latter tenements that are going through the final stages of permitting.
If the company and market were ready they could start construction now, however the market isn't quite there yet. By the time it is, it is highly likely the additional mining areas will be permitted also and boost the overall economics of the project.
Keep an eye on the Uranium price in the second half of the year after Japan flicks a couple of reactors back on.
