    They are not getting my acceptance. I had this happen a few years back. Someone offered a low ball takeover. The board pushed the shareholders to sell, the 'independent' valuation said it was a good offer. It was rejected by shareholders and 3 months later the share price was three times the offer. I dont want to be ripped off.
