what next

I have held AZZ for a Year now.... Only ever hearing endless failures, again and again.... I don't think they have a compitent team that knows what they are actually doing, whether it be the MD's or the guys on the rigs. They had so many chances, but continue to fail... Can we see them recover, I hope so, for my sake and every share holders sake. How can they get so wrong ever single time. I will sleep tonight and decide in the morning whether to hold & give them another chance or just be like everybody else and sell. If anyone can share anymore light on this dismal start to the week... please let me know....
