2. reasonable income about $3-4m pa; could rise

3. excellent prospects at west wharton outlar series - ( could be worth many tens of millions); 1 down and good, 3 or four to go

4. still 3 chances at JF1 to go; again could be v valuable

5. and a host of other prospects which have a value of several times current EV

make up your own mind about prospects, but i feel we are somewhere near bottom.
