Institutions never put a foot wrong. Bear Stern full of smart people but still got it wrong. As this market has shown just because you are big does not mean you cannot get it wrong.

They win anyway as they will sue MMX if case is found to have "foundation" and asset or part asset lost.

CHM issue is ability to continue fight which I am sure they would be addressing.

If they can get backing required and that is an "if" where does MMX go from here. NO Mitsubishi cheque, WA govt nervous about case in relation to infrastructure and MMX have stated it cannot raise capital while this hangs over it.

CHM share price is a reflection of sentiment about its ability to continue a protracted fight. IF they address this share price will rise dramatically as MMX either have to bet farm in protracted battle or settle.
