EvenSteven, I have no axe to grind with MMX holders , but it would appear that at this point , the Federal Court of Australia is at least willing to allow "due process" to run its course .....who knows (other than those directly involved ie NONE OF US)where this will end up..... MMX Board has clearly stated its position (ie no foundation yada yada)....I have the luxury of a "free carry position" with CHM so I am happy for the case to play out .... the Ostrich (ie head in sand) approach of some holders in MMX is disappointing ...... the CHM action is not directed at current holders or current board ..... they our however accountable for the actions of their predecessors...right or wrong ..... the coming weeks months will be interesting.
