I cannot see how you can have a protracted case and see the next payment from Mitsubishi for assets.

How could Mitsubishi pay funds over while there is any element of doubt of ownership. Would you pay $1 billion to a company that is fighting in court over ownership. Funds would at best go into trust account.

As much as you may not like what CHM camp has to say do you really want a forum of one sided views. Just become a love in and thats boring.

Its certainly boring when Cranswick and Spiderman dont venture over to CHM and have a blast at CHM
