Sorry for my ignorance but can somebody tell me in terms of $$ how much is the settlement out of court and/or the claim CHM is seeking ?? I am not sure but I think I read half mil somewhere. If that is the case which normal mind can think mmx will jeopardize payment of $ 1 bil to pursue a court case if there is even 0.5% risk to loose it ?? This of course in case Mitsubishi did not do their home work prior getting involved which I doubt very much. Another factor can come into the picture is ego but with this kind of figure I doubt very much. Sorry if I may sound stup!d but I had to ask and I appreciate an answer from both holders and non.
