    based on exercise price of AH options at 15 cents I assume he would want to be in the moneey so say CHM share value of 20 cents.

    Based on this and number of shares on issue plus options I estimate that CHM want at least $400 million in value.

    Thats my take on the size of claim but please dont shoot the messenger.
