    what you have just said is so true...and so important to anyone considering this case.

    SOC stands for Statement Of Claim....it is a claim....NOT evidence.

    Unless CHM has extremely strong evidence to demonstrate that the SOC is valid, then a court is not going to strip a company of its assets.

    From what I can see CHM do not have extremely strong evidence.

    Do they even have weak evidence?

    In fact I have not seen any evidence....it seems quite clear to me their only hope is an out of court settlement but since they are not affecting MMX operations that seems unlikely.


    I would also like to remind everyone to take a look behind who is posting all these positive comments about CHM. Most of the really rabid CHM supporters have created their accounts in the last few months since the law suit began....some of them within a few days of each other. I'm not going to say what I think about that - I'll let others draw their own conclusions. However I am considering reporting the issue to ASIC/ASX.

    Also interesting to note frequent use of the word "alleged" in posts issued by CHM supporters.
