Bergo33 "E.g. AH got 15million options given to them. Can CHM come back and sue AH for a percentage of the law firm?"

My understanding as detail in CHM announcements, AH has been allocated a placement (in leiu of a fee) of 40M options at 0.5C each, costing them $200K, They have paid the initial installment of $20K with the balance due Monday the 31MAR08. These option are exercierable at 15c, thus they will have to pay CHM a further $6M and get the share price up to 20c to be in the money, recover their costs and make a respectable profit.

Please enlight me as to the 15m options you are quoting and detail the source of your information, the cost per option and their exercise price.

I doubt any company gives shares away. Rather they provide shares for some consideration where it be cash or enquiry another company or asset.
