for a case that was going to be thrown out of court, laughed out of court etc it seems that MMX and its co-defendents have not had a good day in court yet.

Apparently its going to drag on for years meaning no Mistubishi payment for assets, no capital raisings (read what MMX lawyer said)

If CHM demonstrate ability to continue fight long term where does MMX go to from here.

I am sure CHM are working behind the scenes to secure additional funding for battle.

MMX have now bet the farm and worse have made the "without foundation" statement so now if case continues or forced to settle have opened up door for class action.

To say I have blinkers on after reading MMX supporters posts is the cat calling the kettle black.

Read the SOC and then as another poster has said tell us that this is not how the co-defendents got the money together to buy assets.

As for your lotto numbers I like my chances in CHM better and everytime they go to court the chances get better
