Agree with your comments.

My understanding was the proposed GLI business was only going ahead if the board was relected / as you have pointed out, this has not happended so I can only presume the deal is off (clarification would be nice).

It is also interesting that New Opportunity have called for another general meeting to see if they can have another crack at electing another 2 of their representatives (if succesful they would have 3 board positions).

Wonder what the next Bell move will be and if they have any aces up their sleaves ?

Intriguing....... but lets hope this pans out to favour investors for the future.
