Twiggy is pleased with the ore deal with the Chinese steel manufacturer for an extra 3.5m tonnes. FMG has a strong cash position ($600m+)and offtake that can see it through.
However on the other hand BHP, Vale and Rio are being asked for production cutbacks by their clients.
Not talking about the SP here at all, just want to know how can FMG continue to prosper where it appears the majors are conceeding ?
I am looking at buying FMG for LT, imo the current price MAY have seen the bottom for FMG.
