As Executive Chairmnan of both companies he shouldn't just "do the right thing" he should be "seen to do the right thing."
At the moment I just don't see it, and when you factor in questions regarding his motivations in the past the picture just gets murkier.
The No votes are making a good case here, but for now I'll try to stay neutral. But I think the New York visit last week might have been about this. The sad reality is the institutions own enough Lynas to control a shareholder vote.
