So NC want's Crown to have another go with Forge to build a Lynas clone now that he has all the contacts, knowhow and a wad of cash from bumbling his way with a bit of luck through the development of Mt Weld.

1) So he sells FRG, Crown and fulfils part one of his FRG contract - tick

2) Sells LYC shares, for a few million - tick

3) Back's FRG $15 million cap raising, by throwing in a few million of his old LYC money to show potential institutional investors that he 'has skin in the game' - TBA

4) Uses his old LYC contacts to raise the rest of FRG cap raising to fulfil his FRG contract - TBA

5) Completes FRG deal, awarded 50-odd% of FRG in reward shares - TBA

6) Walks away with $20-30 mill in FRG - TBA

Now all he has to do is talk to LYC institutional investors and organise a 50% majority to pass the vote in order to offer them a part of FRG's cap raising as a highly leveraged play into LYC MKII, with a new deposit that NC has just been plodding along with spending LYC money on over the last couple of years to develop the Crown business case.

7) LYC loses crown to a NC sham and minority LYC shareholders walk away wondering what happened, why they can't remember anything, and why their drink tasted a bit weird after leaving it to go to the toilet.
