Yes jakeb, but that was at least a week or two after the posters who had contacted the company knew about it.
I don't know if there are different disclosure rules when a company is suspended given that there can't be un-informed trading because there is no trading. Or maybe there's technicalities which let them delay the announcement.
However, based on the Euro loan, I think it's a dodgy assumption to think Gres is still around because we haven't had an announcement. And given how things change in negotiations, it's probably dodgy to assume anything.
We can't do anything so I totally agree with your last line - "we need to wait and see what happens". I just wish is would happen quickly, good or bad.
