Min resources is just not after the port in my opinion. It is all parts of the business. Mt Webber, all the resources the port and the tax losses. The port allocation at Port Headland appears very tight. The premium has to be on the market value of all aspects of the business both actual and intangible (including the entire highly skilled workforce that we developed each and every week) that need to be valued fully. Given the concerted push for the business now the premium has to be generous in my view. DYOR
