    well frank had a tight hold over his little baby and was not keen to let go, there have been suitors in the past but frank rejected their advances, I suppose the question to really ask now is "are the family wanting to fulfill his vision or will it go to the highest bidder?" there will be plenty of chat about this one. Looks like there are a few selling out because of the unknown due to franks tight grip.
