The only company i have heard which was interested "intensely" some months ago was Barrick. This came from a major shareholder. He also said $60 million was needed to start the show up. His valuation of the shares was between $2 and $7 and he holds a lot. He expected a takeover. I think this is absolutely on the cards now with gold at a record price in Australian dollars and perhaps going to a new record in US dollars tonight or a day or two later It's a sitting duck. Let's hope they negotiate a price that's good for the Carr family and good for us too.
