Consider your investment in IBX to be worthless until such time that you hear something different. Should funding or a partner deal be found I think it's a pretty simple process for the stock to be removed from the ASX suspension. Given that Bob is actively looking for a new role I can't imagine that he's currently grinding out the hours pitching the company's tremendous opportunity to prospective partners. Given what he's promised for the last 8 years vs the total destruction of value that he's delivered I'm not sure how authentic his pitch could be. if you're a religious man, say a prayer for me.
