Given that Bob is actively looking for a new role I can't imagine that he's currently grinding out the hours pitching the company's tremendous opportunity to prospective partners.
Given what he's promised for the last 8 years vs the total destruction of value that he's delivered I'm not sure how authentic his pitch could be.

It's unfortunate that destroying a company doesn't affect CEO's finding new employment. He will be picked up by another company and continue along his way while Shareholders are left with nothing.
