Thanks Noellyn for your reply; sorry I didn't respond sooner as I was away from the computer all day yesterday. The cash flow point makes sense. I suspect Santos may be in the mix for the Aussie assets (could be a QGC replay when STO had a low ball go at them but missed out with QGC-AGL link up).

I just hope that this new oil play is not another SA scenario where they trumpet big potential but declare later that things aren't as rosey as they thought.
