Well Bill, after the AFHL bebarcle i'm not as forgiving as I once was, as far as news goes, well the Chiefs of Police demo was more than five months ago now, we have heard nothing, good or bad,not one word! was it received well? did it blow up?

The 3GL man firing of HE rounds took place Last September, are they now certified? is the weapon now fully certified? surely they must be much further down advanced by now?

If there is a reason for them wanting to put all this news together to get an impact on the market well I guess that's ok, but my gut feeling is that GEM will only sell the news down again anyway,this latest deal is not going to be the best one for us shareholders, but I guess we have little option but to accept it,

There are some questions that still linger in my mind, why was Harmony so happy to go along with these deals? (SPP and equity), why wouldn't the ASX grant a trading halt to metalstorm after they had requested one? this was after about the third delay by AFHL, why didn't ASIC step in? why would the US after years of them saying they were concerned that the technology may proliferate? then let a Phillipino take more than half or the company? I don't buy that for one minute.

All of this started when the HE man firing of the 3GL took place last September, the one where Arch Bevis was present, it certainly looked like that sales may have been possible very soon,well to me anyway? especially when you connect that, with what we were told at the last AGM, that the UAE were very interested and that they had requested pricing on them, I believe the only thing holding that back was the man firing of HE and certification, and perhaps one other small thing, our own government!
