So the election is over. The result is not as good as we hope for but we survive the deadth blow of the possibility of a Labour/SNPs in government. Politics for UK will remain the same or maybe even a small degree of improvement hopefully for the next 5 years. Is that enough to get uk shale off the ground? Now it is probably up to the uk shale players with Cuadrilla leading the charge.
Meanwhile the protesters are camping overnight at PNR site waiting to block the expected arrival of the drilling rig according to local reports. UK politics are constantly changing, unpredictable and very fast pace while shale progresses are slow and out of step. IMHO.
