It is not math, it is a very simple arithmetic.
According to your figures a fair SP value should be around 7.5c * 1.5 = ~11.3c based on the company capitalisation.
The last time the SP at this level of 11.5c was ~1month ago when the company started a second drilling program. So according to your logic the SP should not be moving down. As the good news are not coming in the nearest future there is no point that the SP will move north. The SP may stay in the 7-8c range or it can move down with a relatively bad sentiment on the market. As I mentioned in my previous post so far the company has a 0% success rate.
