September 2nd is the full year report.They have already announced the profit it's now just the finer details.It's what comes next is the most important and how happy the large shareholders will be or not be.Some say that there may have been a dissagreement with some board members on the future strategy of the company but Mr Day may have won them round.
Another thing some shareholders may be happy or not happy with is the amount of options they will award the directors for such a good turn in profits this year.Shareholders may be upset because the share price is less than it was before the profit upgrade having reached a high of 28.5 in January this year!
