Tradersam, sorry for taking so long to get back to you on this question.
The development licence can be seen on this map from Ophir's announcement about their latest discovery:

And you can see from this map on KEY's website that Nyuni Island is within the development licence area although the target zone for Nyuni #2 is outside of the development licence due to Nyuni #2 being a deviated well.

A week to go til the 3rd Quarter cashflow and activities reports will be released. Will we have to read between the li(n)es for the bad news or will Ken be upfront about it all? What crap excuse will he give for the delayed Lidsey #2z?
