Think they are probably tlaking about meetingbut not with EPS holders but about how to distribute to EPS holders.
Re their role.....am I recalling it correctly that SVP get paid monthly retainer ....so the longer it goes on the more they get paid......... perhaps I am being too cynical as it does seem the yhave done a lot?
