Well it appears my contact with Ian Purchas has been worthwhile. I received a reply from Ian yesterday and today I received a detailed update from Jessica @svp. To cut a long story short here are the relevant details:

• As previously stated, I understand there are approximately 66,000 EPS Holders. My estimate of the amount available for distribution remains as previously advised (subject to final tax liabilities and advice and any unforeseen matters arising). I estimate there is likely to be at least $18 million available for distribution to RMG Promisor for ultimate payment to the EPS Holders.

• It is envisaged a distribution to the Former EPS Holders will be made by December 2020, however this depends on progress in the final stages of the liquidations, which is uncertain.
