    Banks may have deeper pockets but only the lawyers and advisors win in that game so expect(hope)a deal will be done to avert those costs.

    Further, if legal action is underway ATCO may pull out (page 7 of the meeting Notice)

    Did anyone go to the meeting and get any insights as to what the vote was and what the "next steps" may be?
